Home Lift Now, aka Brandon Leterer Does not Pay Contractors
Yes, they have 30, yes 30, counts against them from the AZ ROC. They range from fraud (lying on license application), to poor workmanship, abandonment of contracts, not paying subcontractors, and having a contract that doesn't adhere to AZRS (AZ Revised Statutes).
Do not hire them. They will be happy to take your money, but they won't fulfill any promises, or do good, or safe work.
This is all from personal experience. You have been warned.

How do I go about going after them too? They screwed me out of alot of money also for work I did and stole my tools.. I paid for the material for a home myself and was never paid from them

There are both civil and criminal investigations into Home Lift. I urge you to contact the authorities, starting with the AZ ROC (civil) and then the AZ Attorney General (criminal)...
Again, there are ongoing investigations in both agencies. File, file, file...
I was one of the many people screwed over by Brandon Lederer. I had multiple projects going with him and was taken for HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars.
The bankruptcy is new information to me, but would not surprise me. I learned a lot about LLC protection through this experience...
Its appalling to me that this guy has opened and closed dozens of companies, and is still able to just keep opening them, screw innocent people over and take their money, and then close them. I hope someone comes forward with some information that shuts this guy down.
